Fund mergers in Danske Invest funds
16.10.2024: The mergers approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority will take effect on November 20, 2024. The mergers do not require any action from the unit holders.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd terminates three alternative investment funds
21.09.2022: The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd has decided to terminate Danske Invest Eliksir Fund of Hedge Funds (AIF), Danske Invest Europe Enhanced Index Fund (AIF) and Danske Invest High Yield Fund (AIF).
ANNOUNCEMENT: Termination of a fund managed by Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd.
11.04.2022: At its meeting on 7 April 2022, the Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd resolved to terminate the Danske Invest Russia Fund. As a result of this decision, the suspension of subscription and redemption orders that took place on 28 February 2022 will become permanent.
Danske Invest excludes Russian government bonds and Russian state-owned companies from funds
02.03.2022: As a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian government bonds and Russian state-owned companies will be excluded from Danske Invest funds.

12.10.2020: The mergers will be implemented on 19 November 2020 and will not require any action from the unit holders.
Amendments to investment policy and fund-specific regulations
08.10.2020: In its meeting on 4 June 2020, the Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd decided to amend the fund-specific regulations, investment policy and benchmark index of the Danske Invest Euro High Yield Fund. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority confirmed the amended regulations on 1 October 2020. The amended regulations will be valid as of 9 November 2020.
Amendments to regulations of Danske Invest funds
18.02.2020: On 26 November 2019, the Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd decided to amend the regulations of all funds managed by Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd. On 27 January 2020, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approved the amendments to the regulations of investment funds and to general regulations. Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd sent the amendments to the regulations of AIF funds to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority for information on 9 December 2019.

01.10.2019: The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd has decided to lower the management fee of ten funds in total. The management fee changes will take effect on 1 October 2019.
Changes in Danske Invest Emerging Markets Equity Fund
27.02.2019: The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd has decided to change the investment policy and regulations of the Danske Invest Emerging Markets Equity Fund. The aforementioned amendments have to do with changes made in investment strategy, the objective of which is to have a more systematic portfolio management style and a global emerging markets equity fund that would be more attractive to investors. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority confirmed the amended regulations on 2 January 2019. The amended regulations will be valid as of 9 April 2019.

28.02.2018: The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd has decided to change the Fund Regulations and investment policy of Danske Invest Global Tech Fund. Changes in the Fund Regulations were approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority on 5 February 2018. The changes will take effect on 4 April 2018.
