Changes in the Danske Invest Global Tech Fund
The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd has decided to change the Fund Regulations and investment policy of Danske Invest Global Tech Fund. Changes in the Fund Regulations were approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority on 5 February 2018. The changes will take effect on 4 April 2018.
Danske Invest continuously monitors and evaluates the success of the portfolio managers of all the funds it manages to ensure that it can offer investors attractive and competitive funds. As a result, we have decided to change the portfolio manager, investment policy and name of the Danske Invest Global Tech Fund.
How will the fund regulations and the investment policy change?
In line with the new investment policy, the fund will aim to track the return development of the benchmark index. In the future, S&P North America Technology Sector will be the official benchmark index of the fund. In accordance with the new Fund Regulations, the benchmark index will be published in the key investor information document. Portfolio manager of the fund is changed to Danske Bank Asset Management.
In connection with the fund regulation changes, the name of the fund will be changed to reflect the new investment policy. The new name of the fund will be Danske Invest Technology Index. In addition to the above changes, the Fund Regulations will be updated in accordance with regulatory changes.

What does this mean for investors?
The new, more efficient investment strategy will cut down the costs of the fund, and the management fee of the fund will decrease significantly. In the future, the management fee will be 0.50% instead of the current 1.70%, and the new fee will take effect already on 1 March 2018.

Unit holders will not be required to take any action in connection with these changes.
